My family LOVES lamplighter books! We have pretty much 85% of the books and hope to get more soon! The audio dramas are great also! Treasure of the Secret Cove (hint: listen to the credits…so cool)!!

In Percy Jackson (I read the original series in Hebrew) they play capture the flag a few times, and they never translate anything decently so I was like “no way, the Hebrew translation actually sounds fine and is similar to the English name of the game” and then died from shock because translations are always so weird.

Thank you! Percy Jackson is a fantasy series about modern kids who are demigods and have a parent that is a Greek god. The Greek gods exist and control different aspects of the world and stuff.

I have to say that The Hidden Hand is the best…
But there definitely are others that are close to being as good.

63k is a lot to reach for. Last year in July I reached 35k and then in November I won the official NaNoWriMo but with about half my brain still functioning so pushing beyond that is going to be IMPOSSIBLE however how cool would it be if I actually did it?!

Never heard of Lamplighter…looked interesting till I saw the price 😉 Also, they have Ticket to Ride at our library, and we’ve thought about checking it out and playing it, but it looked pretty complicated. Is it worth it? XD
