Today we celebrated my 17th birthday!!! Technically my birthday isn’t until tomorrow, but since tomorrow is Sunday and were busy all day, we decided to celebrate the day before. (You won’t catch me complaining!) 😂 😜
For my birthday meal, I had chicken nuggets, fried potatoes, salad and garlic bread.
And for dessert….. We had homemade ice cream (which I made, by the way 😁) And guys. It tasted better than store bought ice cream! Like, seriously. Not to toot my own horn or anything, but it was amazing! 😋 😂
We had a bunch of toppings on top, such as chocolate sauce, strawberry sauce and caramel sauce (which I also made), blueberries, pecans and sprinkles. AND. The only thing that had any sugar was the sprinkles. 😀
It was all really good. It’s been 4 and a half hours, and I’m still full…! 😂
Thanks to my family for an awesome birthday!!!!! It was a blast!
And um… It’s kind, really hard to believe I’m 17….! 😂 (Well, as of tomorrow) 😉 Like how am I thought old?! 👵🏻 I don’t feel that old… Maybe that’s because I haven’t had my actual birthday yet! 🤣 Maybe I’ll wake up tomorrow feeling different. XD Lol!!
Well, I’m signing off for now! Hope y’all are having a great day, aaaaand… happy birthday to me. 😜 😂 😁 👋
Yesterday was the birthday of my youngest brother, James! I can’t believe my little boy is three now! 😮 😳😍 He’s still supposed to be a baby! I asked him not to grow up, but he didn’t listen to me… Oh well. 😂
James Jonathan Marr was born on July 17, 2016… 🙂
James, soon after he was born. Look at those eyes!! ❤
So sweet! ❤
Something didn’t happen quite how he wanted here!
Eating makes you tired…
Caught red-handed! (Eating raisins) 😉
Muddy boy! XD
What healthy food choices! ;P
Washing dishes together! 😀
Love that spiked hair!
This was taken on his birthday yesterday. 🙂 He’s trying to make three on his fingers.
His siblings loaded him up with lots of gifts and presents from their drawers. 🙂 ❤
(Woah, I posted way more pictures than I meant to… They were all so cute, I had to share them, lol! XD) ❤
Happy birthday, James! I love you very much, even if you are going to be taller than me someday! XD ❤
Hi! So, I managed to find a bit of time to write a quick blog post today! I’ll have to try to do this quick though. 😉 We haven’t done almost any packing yet, so we’re doing that today. We’re leaving the day after tomorrow!!!! 😮 (For those of you who don’t know, we’re going to Alabama and Georgia.) We’re way excited!! 😀
Anyway, here’s a few pictures from the last few weeks! 🙂
Lizzie’s birthdays was a few weeks ago. She turned 12. 🙂
We made pigs in a blanket for her birthday meal. 🙂
My and my gravity defying braids! XD
This is a really strange looking picture of me, but oh well… 😉 It was a few days ago, when my dad surprised us by bringing pizza for lunch. Yum! Btw, that’s my dad’s hand in the background… lol!
Lizzie riding on our goat! 😀
My adorable little brothers!!! ❤
Family worship time 😀
We’ve been making a lot of snacks for the trip. 😀 In this case, it’s dehydrated cauliflower. Yum!!!
Here’s a random funny meme I found. Good grief, I can’t tell if this person is smart, or foolish… Probably the latter.
Disclaimer: Do not try this at home! ;P XD
Well, I have to go and help get ready for the trip! I’ll see you guys in a few weeks. 😀
How do you think I made my braids float up like this? What’s your favorite kid of pizza? Have you ever made snacks in a dehydrated? 😀
Happy National Oatmeal Muffin Day, everyone. (So, how many of you ate oatmeal muffins today?) 😛
So, I realized I should probably write up an update on my life for Ya’ll. So, welcome to Post #106 – In Which I Tell You What’s Been Going on at the Marr House. Because you probably couldn’t guess after reading that title… 😛
Anyways, so as you may remember, if you have been keeping up with my blog, I had a birthday, and so did my sister and brother. What you probably don’t remember (At least, it would be pretty creepy if you did, since it never happened…), are the pictures that I didn’t post.
My now 5 year old brother, Philip, and now 14 year old sis, Gracie. 😀
My now 15 year old self… 😉 Isn’t the cake one of my friends made amazing??? She also made the one in the above pic.
The weather has been super cool… like, in the teen digits a few weeks ago… Brrr! We’ve had a good frost almost every morning. It really almost looks like snow!
Doesn’t it look kind of like snow?
A frozen leaf. And a freezing hand… 😛
It sadly has not yet snowed. I mean, if it’s going to have to be this cold, at least we can have a little bit of snow, right? Of course! But no… 😦 So yeah. Maybe, MAYBE, we will get to have a white Christmas this year!
Speaking of… IT’S 5 DAYS ‘TILL CHRISTMAS, GUYS!!!!!!! Can you believe it??? And it’s also almost 2019… Wow. 😮
A few week ago, my brother and I realized we were matching in clothes. (It took us about half way through the day to figure it out! 😛 ) Then, of course, I had to take pictures… Which was actually a challenge, since Andy (My Bro), didn’t want to… (Well, he pretended not to want to…) xD
Aaaaand, this is what it actually took to get a good picture… 😛 =D
My friend and I. This pic was actually taken about a year ago, but I just decided to post it anyway. Just cuz… 😛
I’m in this position half my life. And of course, I never exaggerate. Right? RIGHT? Of course.
Oh, and I’m participating in this photography contest! You can see all my pics for the contest here. I’ll be adding a new one every week!
Some of my siblings jumping off a wall…
My sister, Lizzie. I kind of like this pic, lol. xD 😀
This, my friends, is a snake. At our house. In our tree. Guys, it was the funnest EVER to photograph!!! Seriously!
SO pretty!!!!! ❤ 😀
Welp, that’s it for today! I hope you all sleep well, and since most of y’all will probably be viewing this post tomorrow or later, have a good day!!! 😀
May is over!!! And it’s June (almost)! We are almost halfway through the year! (I think the halfway mark is July 1.) Time is flying like crazy. So, anyway, here are a bunch of pictures that should mostly sum up the month of May.
Aww! My little bro James is the most adorable child! Here he is, drawing a picture.
Our family took a trip up to the mountains where my dad often goes to preach. That was the first time that our whole family has a gone up there!
Playing and visiting after the service
A mother’s day picture. My mom is the 4th person from the beginning.
Our dog gave us a cat. Well, sort of… More like she brought us a cat. She just strutted into the yard carrying a little black thingy that looked like a rat… Which turned out to actually be a kitten who wasn’t really cute until she was a lot older… My sister claimed her, and took care of her. She is named Spark.
Here she is now with my sister, Gracie.
My brother Andy showing off his humungous muscles.
This is from a photoshoot I took of myself using self-timer on my camera.
We finally gave away all our puppies!!! We started out with ten of them, and after they were older were a huge annoyance…. Dad tried to sell them, but nobody would buy them, so he just gave them away. Lol, we are all relieved! We did keep one pup, whom we named Emma.
Here are the puppies before they were given away. They are by the front door, waiting for some unsuspecting human to open it, so they can bound right in…
I journaled quite a bit. Don’t you think the journal is pretty? A friend gave it to me! (:
Here are a few quotes from the story I’m currently working on.
Last week was my younger sister, Lizzie’s 11th birthday. Pictures aren’t good, because I forgot to actually look at my camera…
She got water balloons for her birthday, so we had a water balloon fight. There were 100 balloons, but the fight lasted about 4 1/2 minutes. And when it was finished, nobody was actually really wet, just the ground. Lizzie and Andy just weren’t satisfied, so so dumped a few buckets of water on their heads… (:
Andy throwing a water balloon at Dad
This is my by far my favorite picture that I took… (:
Photo-shoot of my shadow… lol.
Last thing, I made a video about our trip to the mountains. Here it is! (Please ignore by weird face expression! (;)
Well, that’s about all I can think of for now! Thanks for reading this, and btw, I love comments! 😉
