December 2021 Bullet Journal Setup 🎄

Standard

Hey everyone! It’s Christmas season!!!!

Making this December spread was a lot of fun, and really got me into the Christmas spirit. I’m really excited to use it this coming month!!

The theme for December, of course, is everything Christmas. Red and green, candy canes and other Christmas-y stuff abound! 😀 🎄

I quite like how the cover page turned out! 😀

I used a candy cane lettering for some of the headers, and drew some fun Christmas lights for the mood tracker. It will be fun to see the different colors at the end of the month!

The Bible and books I’m planning on reading this month, as well as a small social media tracker for my blog and youtube posts. 🙂

A sleep tracker and daily highlights page. The black dotted lines on the sleep tracker is my ideal sleeping schedule. It will be good to see the difference between that, and how much I really end up sleeping by the end of December.

This was a fun spread!! I made up a bucket list of several of the Christmas or winter-y things I want to do this month. I still have a couple empty spots – do you guys have any more ideas? And the next page is a few of my favorite Christmas songs. 🙂

And lastly, my daily log! I love the colors here!

I enjoyed making this, and I’m so excited to get into December and Christmas season! It’s definitely one of my favorite times of the year. 🙂

Love,

Rosy ❤️ 🎄

What are you most looking forward to in December? What’s on your Christmas bucket list?

On Monday, December 23, my family bundled up in the cold to drive to my grandparent’s house, in Coahuila, Mexico. We stopped for lunch in Torreon, Coahuila at a restaurant called Pizzaria La Sierra.

Merry Christmas + New Year Resolutions!

Merry Christmas, everybody! It’s so hard to believe that Christmas has already come and gone, and it’s seriously ALMOST 2019!!!!! Wow wow wow. I hope that none of us were at all distracted from the true reason we celebrate Christmas – Our Lord Jesus Christ! 😀

Aaaand, here are some pictures from our Christmas… And a video!!!

Video Credits: Music by the Wissman Family, taken from their Christmas Album.

Thanks to my Dad, my brother Andy, and sister Gracie for taking some of the videos so that I could actually be in some of them. . 😛

And now for a few goals for 2019!

My goal:

01

Haha, just kidding!!! (Though that might be slightly true in some cases… 😛 )

  • Read through the whole Bible.
  • Keep track of every single book I read.
  • Read 50 books. (Guys, that seems like a lot, I know, but that’s only 1 book a week!!!)
  • Read 15 “New” books. (Books I’ve never read before.)
  • Write at least 5 new short stories, and finish the novella I’m currently slowly  working on.
  • Finish at least one and a half grades of school.
  • Grow my blog. 😀
  • Grow in my relationships with 1) The Lord. 2) My family. 3) My friends
  • Learn more Spanish. this is also taking so looooong!!!!!! xD
  • Live up to my middle name – Joy! 😛
  • Learn to be more content with where the Lord has placed me.
  • Be more consistent with journaling.
  • Try to get, and STAY more organized. 😉
  • Learn to use my time more wisely.
  • And be thankful for another year the Lord has given us!

Oh, and here’s a poll. I want to know what kind of posts you want to see form me in 2019! SO please, please vote!!!! I would greatly appreciate it!!! (If you’re reading this in your WP reader, you may not be able to see the poll, so you might have to actually go to my blog.)

So, merry Christmas everyone and happy almost new year!!! I hope you are having a great day so far. 🙂

~Rosy

Let’s Talk!

How was your Christmas?

Do you have any specific goals for 2019?

Morning at the Marr House

Standard

Merry Christmas Adam!!! (For those of you who are unfamiliar with that term, Christmas Adam is the day before Christmas Eve. Get it? 😛 )

Today, I am going to give you a small glimpse of our life… At least, of our life this morning!!! 😀

In the mornings it’s usually pretty cold, so Dad starts a fire in the stove before most of the family is up and going. (Well, they are often up, just not going…) 😉 I usually get up at about 6:45 or 7:00. It’s so hard to get up early these days, because it’s so cold in our bedroom! There really isn’t any heat source in there, so we’re freezing we we first get up. xD ❄️☃️🧥 When I get to the main room, which is our kitchen, dining room, and living room, I sit on the couch. Within minutes I have at least three small kids on my lap, and/or around me. ❤️

This morning was no exception. In fact, the amount of kids there were was doubled this particular morning, as I was reading aloud the book, “Go Dog, Go!”, my little brother Philip’s favorite book.

2018-12-23

On the other couch are my sisters Gracie and Lizzie… (And Andy, who apparently thought that this picture needed him! 😛 )

2018-12-23-4

Mom, James and Bekah on the other couch!

2018-12-23-2

Aaaaand (this last pic was taken a few minutes later), Mom and Dad standing by the fire! 🙂 ❤ ❤ ❤ Oh, and Susy is there too. 🙂

2018-12-23-3

And then, we ate breakfast, which was oatmeal, listened to a sermon by our pastor back in the U.S., and ate lunch, etc, etc, etc… 😀 😛

Welp, that’s wrap!

Love,

Rosy

Let’s Talk!

Have you ever heard of “Christmas Adam”?

What did you eat for breakfast today?

What time do you usually get up in the mornings?

Are you ready for Christmas?
