Our Trip to Coahuila

*Note: Don’t read, unless you love pictures. There’s gonna be a lot on this post!*

On Monday, December 23, my family bundled up in the cold to drive to my grandparent’s house, in Coahuila, Mexico. We stopped for lunch in Torreon, Coahuila at a restaurant called Pizzaria La Sierra.

Lizzie and I both drew Dad’s portrait on napkins while we were waiting for the food… XD Neither of them look anything like Dad, but at least mine was more realistic, lol!!

We got to Grandpa and Grandma’s house that night. And we had a lot of fun at their house for the next four days! I have a LOT of pictures…. but I’ll try to limit this post to only my favorites… 🙂

We got home on Saturday, December 28. I was glad to be home, even though I totally would have stayed a few more days. XD (Or weeks?!?!) It was an awesome trip!!!

Post #106 – In Which I Tell You What’s Been Going on at the Marr House…

Happy National Oatmeal Muffin Day, everyone. (So, how many of you ate oatmeal muffins today?) 😛

So, I realized I should probably write up an update on my life for Ya’ll. So, welcome to Post #106 – In Which I Tell You What’s Been Going on at the Marr House. Because you probably couldn’t guess after reading that title… 😛

Anyways, so as you may remember, if you have been keeping up with my blog, I had a birthday, and so did my sister and brother. What you probably don’t remember (At least, it would be pretty creepy if you did, since it never happened…), are the pictures that I didn’t post.

My now 5 year old brother, Philip, and now 14 year old sis, Gracie. 😀

My now 15 year old self… 😉 Isn’t the cake one of my friends made amazing??? She also made the one in the above pic.

The weather has been super cool… like, in the teen digits a few weeks ago… Brrr! We’ve had a good frost almost every morning. It really almost looks like snow!

It sadly has not yet snowed. I mean, if it’s going to have to be this cold, at least we can have a little bit of snow, right? Of course! But no… 😦 So yeah. Maybe, MAYBE, we will get to have a white Christmas this year!

Speaking of… IT’S 5 DAYS ‘TILL CHRISTMAS, GUYS!!!!!!! Can you believe it??? And it’s also almost 2019… Wow. 😮

A few week ago, my brother and I realized we were matching in clothes. (It took us about half way through the day to figure it out! 😛 ) Then, of course, I had to take pictures… Which was actually a challenge, since Andy (My Bro), didn’t want to… (Well, he pretended not to want to…) xD

Aaaaand, this is what it actually took to get a good picture… 😛 =D

First Snow

 

We had our first snow a few days ago. It was actually the most snow we’ve had during our time in Mexico. It’s also been a lot colder. A couple afternoons ago, it was down to 22 degrees! And it gets even colder at night.
