May, 2022 Review

Hey friends! ❀️

I realize that, yet again, I have skipped a reviewing a month… I didn’t post a recap of April, because I had very few photos, and wasn’t really feeling motivated to do it. So yeah. Sorry about that. XD

Whatever the case, I’m back with a recap of the month of May! πŸ˜€

Near the beginning of this month, the Oduber family, who was moving across Mexico to a town a few hours from us, stayed at our house for a few days. It was really fun to get to know their family!

A couple of weeks later, one of the churches my dad frequently preaches at held a conference. The Oduber family was able to come again, and stayed at our house during the duration of the conference. It was fun, and the conference was really good! Quite a few people came. πŸ˜€

The men visiting

Lizzie and I went on a short walk/hike with some of the women. We climbed to the top of a hill, and the view from up there was amazing!!! Sadly, I didn’t have a camera, so I don’t have pictures of the view. But it was really fun!

The kids doing a science experiment with their friend, one of our neighbors.

My sister Lizzie, turned 15 near the end of May. πŸ˜€ The first two pictures of of her birthday, and the last one is from a photoshoot I did of her bit later.

Memes for Bookworms!! πŸ“š

Standard

Hey everyone! 😁

Since my bullet journal theme for February is Books, I thought it’d be fun to do more bookish posts this month. And who doesn’t love memes, so I decided that would be the perfect combination for this post! πŸ˜€ Enjoy!!

This is sadly true for a lot of things..!
I’m so sorry, all you authors…
Haha! XD

Just to be safe!!
Yep. And it kind of hurts. XD

This would be me if I had money. It’s probably a good thing I don’t! XD
I found this one hilarious, because I would TOTALLY do that as a kid!!
The struggle is real.
I always do this when I reading anything barely suspenseful or exciting. XD

It sounds so weird when worded this way, but. XD
Just a small list. πŸ˜‰

Except for me it’s the book section in thrift stores.

It’s honestly very scary.

I was so surprised when I saw this one, because I didn’t know that was an actual thin people other than me did. Lol!

Mmm-hmm, which is why you’ll never get a one-book answer from me. Sorry. πŸ˜‰

*Finishes laughing to myself* πŸ˜‚ πŸ˜‚ πŸ˜‚

That’s all I got for today, folks. I hope you all enjoyed this post as much as I enjoyed putting it together! (Hint: a lot.) Which memes did you relate to the most?

Love,

Rosy

so what’s your favorite book? (Just kidding!) 🀣

February 2021 Recap!

Hey everyone!!

IT’S ALREADY ALMOST THE THIRD MONTH OF 2021!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wooow!!!!!!! I find that hard to believe… February just flew right by. It was a great month though! At least I think it was. I forget what even happened. Consequently, I’m just as excited as you to find out, LOL!

~Sometimes near the beginning of February, our family, plus our friend Susanna who was visiting us, had a hotdog and s’mores roast. T’was a lot of fun! We used healthy homemade marshmallows for the s’mores. πŸ˜„ πŸ˜‹

~Sometime around the same time, mom, Grace, Lizzie, Susanna and I went on a girl’s date kinda thing. We went out to eat, and to a thrift store! (you can see what I got at the thrift store HERE!) It was a BLAST!

~We went out to eat (AGAIN?!) with Susanna. It’s kinda a tradition to take our American friends to this restaurant when they visit, so we had no choice. We don’t usually go out to eat this much, lol!

Shortly aftwerwards, Susanna left, and we all missed her lots. ❀

~Siblings selfies! πŸ˜‚ πŸ‘Œ

~Doing a class with a couple of my siblings πŸ˜„

~A few days ago was the 5th anniversary of our ministry here in Mexico! Here is a picture of us last Sunday.

~Last Monday (the 22nd), Ruthie, Susy and I went to the Border with Dad to get mail, go shopping and stuff like that. πŸ™‚ It was a very fun trip!

πŸš™ πŸ›£ πŸ‘Œ πŸ€“πŸŒ… πŸ‡²πŸ‡½ β†’ πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ πŸ˜„ 😎 πŸŒ„ πŸ’Ÿ 🧒 πŸ˜‚

We got ice cream there! Which again, is not normal, and was a VERY special treat!!!! Dad and I got a Reeses Overload, and the girl’s split a Strawberry Cheesecake flavored one. SO DELICIOUS! 😍 πŸ’–

YUUUMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In February, I….

Hey everyone!

First off, I’d like to say thank you to everyone who took my blog survey. Your answers were really helpful, and your ideas were inspiring. So thank you!! If you haven’t taken the survey yet, you can do so HERE. All feedback is much appreciated!

And also, for those of you who took the survey… Remember that blank question? Well, that was an accident at first, but then I decided it would be funny to just leave it to see what people would do with it. I loved seeing what some of you put, lol! πŸ˜‚

Anyway, back to business. I’m super excited about this post, because… who doesn’t like memes?!?!? And I think it’s high time that I post something dedicated to them. Today, I shall be posting memes for all you writers out there! (I one one of these a few years ago, that you can see HERE) I hope you guys enjoy, and that these make you smile. (Or better yet, laugh!!!)

I hope you guys enjoyed these – I sure enjoyed putting them together! Which memes do you relate with the most?

March Recap

Standard

March was a long month… A lot of crazy stuff happened, as I’m sure you know! πŸ˜‰ It wasn’t a bad month though. A lot of good things happened too! And I haven’t been bored even the tiniest little bit either…Β  XD

Yup. XDΒ

But yeah, boredom isn’t a thing for me. Life has been mostly normal for me personally, except for church. (So sad!!!)

I organized bookshelves a couple days ago… Whew, that was quite a job! Lol! ;PΒ

I have also been doing a lot of art lately, and started learning to draw people, which has been lots of fun! πŸ˜€

I drew this picture of my friend, Kyra! πŸ˜€

I also painted my sketchbook cover, and even though it could be better, I love how it turned out! πŸ™‚ πŸ˜€

Another exciting thing that happened this month was our church’s 4th anniversary! Well, technically it was last month, but we celebrated it this month, right before the quarantine started. πŸ™‚ Here is our church picture (minus a couple families). πŸ˜‰

2020-04-06 (4)

So yeah. It’s been a pretty good month for me, despite all the crazy stuff that’s been going on. πŸ˜€

And, I shall end this post, with this very deep and thought-provoking meme. (JK) XD

2020-04-06 (7)

Have fun at home, ya’ll!! πŸ˜‰

~Rosy

P.S. I just realized I should do a post with the ultimate list of boredom busters and stuff. I never truly get bored, but I always love reading those anyway and trying out the ideas. What do y’all think? πŸ™‚Β
