Hey everyone!! 😀
I have a really fun post for today. I recently bought several books from Thriftbooks, and I’m going to do a book haul, and show you guys what I got!!
Thriftbooks is my favorite place to buy books, as you can often get them for an incredibly cheap price. They are used, but are generally in good condition. 🙂
As you can see, I was pretty excited to get the packages! Getting books in the mail is one of the bestest and funnest feelings ever…!!! 😀 📚

I bought 9 books altogether, for around 35 dollars. To me, that seems like an awful lot of money, but when you consider that it’s only a little over 3 dollars per book…. Super good deal!! Anyways, here’s what I got, and what I spent on them!! (And believe me, I spent a long time very carefully contemplating which books to get!) 😂
Roses for Mama by Jannette Oke ($4.67)
I haven’t read this one yet, but my mom really loved it when she was younger, so I’m excited to read it!
A Gown of Spanish Lace by Jannette Oke ($4.19)
Another one by the same author, because I love her books!
A Father’s Promise by Donna Lynn Hess ($3.99)
Several of my siblings love this book, so I had to get it. Plus, I love WWII stories. I have a feeling this book is going to make it into my list of favorites. 🙂

Through the Fire by Diane Noble ($4.39)
The first books of the Mysteries and the Minister’s Wife series.
A State of Grace by Traci Depree ($3.99)
And the second book! I read these a long time ago, and loved them. I’m excited to read them again!!
Deepest Roots of the Heart by Chautona Havig ($4.39)
Another WWII story!!! I’m just starting to read this author’s books. 🙂

Emma by Jane Austen ($3.99)
Been wanting to read this one for quite awhile! So far the only Jane Austen books I’ve read is Pride and Prejudice, which I loved. I’ve heard a lot of good things about Emma. 😀
Joni – And Unforgettable Story by Joni Earekson Tada ($4.79)
An autobiography by a very inspiring lady! I’ve watched a movie about her, but haven’t yet read any of her books. 🙂
Calico Captive by Elizabeth George Speare ($3.99)
The is another one my siblings have read and liked. I’ve wanted to read it for a long time, and I also love the other books by this author!

And there you go! I’m SO excited to read these books!! I had some credit from past orders, so one of these books was free, but I don’t remember which. Also, since I spent over $10, shipping was free, which was awesome! I would totally recommend Thriftbooks to anyone who loves books, but doesn’t have a lot of money to spend on them. (Also, if you don’t mind your books being a little worn, if you choose the cheapest option) 🙂 It’s awesome!!
