6 Things to do Before Summer Ends!

Summer is almost over! Can you believe it? I can’t. But I guess it doesn’t really matter if I do or not, because it’s happening anyway. We have less than one month left guys!!!

So, getting to the point.  😉 I’m doing a fun collab with my good friends Anna and Pearl! Be sure to check out their awesome posts! 😀 (And follow their blogs if you don’t already!) the links to their posts are below. 🙂

Anna is posting on 3 great books to read during the summer, and Pearl is posting about some different ways to stay cool in the summer!

And, without further ado… Here are…

6 Things to do Before Summer Ends

  1. Take some summery pictures

Summer is one of the best time for taking pictures. All those beautiful plants and flowers and greenness. Definitely one of my favorite seasons for photography. And even if you don’t have a camera, you can still take amazing pictures with a phone!

2. Go on a nature walk

We have a dirt road that runs right behind our house. Every summer wild sunflowers grow on either side of the road, and the calming sounds of wind and bees and Who-Knows-What-Else fills your ears… I love taking my camera along and photographing God’s beautiful world!

3. Spend Extra Time in God’s Word

One of the most important and worthwhile things you can do is spending time reading God’s Word and learning more about Him!

“It was you who set all the boundaries of the earth; you made both summer and winter.”

Psalm 74:17

“While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, And cold and heat, And summer and winter, And day and night Shall not cease.”

Genesis 8:22

4. Learn a New Hobby

Learning a new hobby can be fun, whether it’s photography, writing, cooking, art, a sport, or anything else you’re interesting in!

5. Go on a Picnic

Sometimes in the summer my sisters and I make some special food and snacks, grab a quilt, and walk down the road to a quiet field, and have a picnic. Sometimes we bring a book and I read out loud to them. Sometimes we just talk. So special and relaxing!

6. Spend Time with Your Siblings

Take some time to spend with your siblings, and make some fun memories with them. 🙂 ❤

    • Thanks! That’s great! 🙂 My favorite season is either summer or spring. When we lived in Arizona though, my favorite season is winter, because it doesn’t really get very cold there, lol! 😉 😀
Love ya! And can’t wait to see you, hopefully in October!!!!!!!!!!! 😀 ❤ ❤
